Goodwood Funds Inc is an investment fund management company focused on investing in securities.
The company was unhappy with their aging website, which was overly cluttered from a design standpoint, and difficult to maintain. As an investment fund management company, they needed to publish extensive and timely financial results on a monthly basis.
Metawave streamlined their main navigation making it easier for their site visitors to find what they're looking for quickly. We built the website on a content management system that allows Goodwood staff to update time sensitive monthly market and fund performance data, directly into the web pages.
The refined design incorporated a dramatic “mountain scape” masthead image emulating the stylized inverted “V” shape element used in the Goodwood logo, as means of bringing their brand to life, and reflecting the aspect of toil and hardship of conquering mountains, allegorical to successful investing.
