The WebAdmin Help Request system is designed to get you in touch with WebAdmin software experts, to help you with software-related issues as quickly as possible. Although there are many types of help requests that are covered, here are a few examples of the types of issues we can help resolve:

The built-in Helpdesk also provides tracking from initial request to problem resolution.

Helpdesk does not cover creation and/or editing of content or design elements.
Content updates are billed at $90/hr. $30 minimum charge.
