Toronto Mendelssohn Choir logoThe Toronto Mendelssohn Choir, one of Canada’s largest choral organizations, believes its role is to provide Canadian audiences with the experience of classical choral masterworks of the world.

Rossignol Design provided a design concept based on the new season print campaign, and MetaWave brought it to life online! The Toronto Mendelssohn Choir's 2011-12 new season website is cleaner and brighter than it's 2010-11 season predecessor, and provides quick and easy access to information for site visitors.

Direct access to each of the choir's new season concerts is prominently displayed on the home page. As well one can easily sign up to their newsletter or view their latest Facebook posts via a facebook feed.

Interior pages are also clean and bright with additional functionality on particular pages designed to better organize and display content. For example; Program Notes, Podcasts, Media Reviews and Media Releases all provide information related to the current season, but also historical seasons. We employed the use of tabs so website visitors could quickly and easily access this historical information without leaving the current page. An RSS feed was also added so users who prefer RSS can subscribe to the feed and be notified when updates are made to the media portions of the website.

Feedback about the new website has been nothing but positive, which means MetaWave hit the right notes with the Toronto Mendelssohn Choir.
